We have 3 ticket types :
• Adult: Ages 18 and over*.
• Junior: Ages 13 to under 18*.
• Family ticket: Admits 2 adults and 2 juniors (plus any children under 13).
– Children under the age of 13 gain free entry but must be accompanied by a paying adult.
– Pride visitors with a disability who need to attend with a registered carer must pay for their ticket but the carer will be allowed in free of charge; however, they will be given a juniors wristband and not be allowed to purchase alcohol.
Buying your ticket online will cost you the face value of the ticket plus a booking fee from Trybooking.com.
Tickets will be emailed to you and you will need to bring a printed version of your ticket or an electronic version for us to scan.
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
Your first point of call in the event of any issues with your ticketing should be the contact event organiser button on the trybooking.com ticket site.
Purchase of a ticket will allow admittance to the fenced in area of Essex Pride in Central Park, Chelmsford. It will not give you access to any backstage areas: anyone found in the area without the correct pass may be ejected from Essex Pride.
Entry to the park is at the discretion of the front of house team and our S.I.A. qualified on-site security team and we reserve the right to refuse admission.
*Your ticket will be scanned on entry and you will be given an Essex Pride wristband appropriate to your age. It is recommended that you bring Valid I.D. with you as we operate a challenge 25 policy and if you are unable to prove your age you may be unable to purchase alcohol on site (you would be given a junior wristband).

Filming and photography
Official Essex Pride photographers will be on site during today’s event. They will be recording and taking photographs to be used in future publicity. This may include: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, our website, other social media and also newspapers and magazines. They may also take photos and post them on social media during the event. In addition members of the press, and TV production companies may also be on site.
We would love you to take your own photos, selfies and fun videos and include us @essexpride or tag us using #essexpride so we can share in the fun day we hope you will have.
However: please respect other people’s privacy if they do not wish to be filmed or photographed. If you do not wish to be featured let the photographer know. Essex Pride does not accept liability for images used.
The afternoon of Essex Pride is a family friendly event and is suitable for all. However, some of the live acts on stage after 6:00pm will include content that is unsuitable for young children or those who are easily offended.
We would advise that those parents with young children in attendance leave the event by 6:00pm. Essex Pride members and stewards will make a sweep of the main marquee before the evening acts start to ask any members of the public who are under the age of 16 to leave the event at this time.
